During August 2025, I was an Edinburgh Festival Fringe reviewer for Entertainment Now. This involved reviewing comedians such as Miriam Margolyes, Shaparak Khorsandi and Jordan Gray, as well as future Netflix show 'Eat the Rich (but maybe not me mates x)' by Jade Franks. Across the month I wrote 42 reviews for various different shows, working to a tight deadline.

In the Summer term of 2025, I was the Current Affairs editor for our year group's edition of Impulse Magazine. During this time I wrote two articles, for the Current Affairs and the Sport section. 

Motorsports, Nepotism and Sexism - This article explores the recent influx of women getting involved with motorsports and Formula 1. To research, I interviewed female members of Napier's Formula Student and fellow female journalism students with an interest. I discuss what it is like to be a fan in a male dominated sport.

A Light in the Dark - My Current Affairs contribution covers the not-for-profit Strut Safe, an organisation that people can ring when walking home at night. Featuring an interview with Head of Service Provision Caragh Campbell, I wrote about women's experience of walking in the dark.
